The Most Photographed Mountains in North America
Aspen & Maroon Bells
Photographs of the Bells are everywhere. Films that do them justice are rare.
I'm Rees Gibbons, a Colorado-born wedding videographer bringing mountain couples the same cinematic approach I use across the San Juans.
From mid-June through early October, Maroon Creek Road closes to private cars during the day — access is by shuttle or pre-dawn arrival, and ceremony permits specify exact sites and group sizes. This is exactly the kind of logistics I handle.

Sunrise, without question. The Bells face east, the lake is glass at dawn, and the crowds arrive with the shuttles. That footage is worth every alarm clock.
